Due to the perishable nature of our food items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery regarding any issues with fresh produce.
Return Process

Email our customer support within the designated timeframe with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Provide Documentation
For damaged or quality-related concerns with food items, please include clear photographs to help our farm shop team assess the claim.
- 3.Return Non-Perishables
For non-perishable giftware, ensure items are in their original, unopened packaging and return them to our farm shop address via tracked mail.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or arrange for a fresh replacement to be sent out immediately.
